HK Watercress Soup  

I order Watercress soup in a restaurant in Hong Kong and I really love its taste.

So here I am… stealing recipe by taking a picture of the ingredients scoop out from the pot.

PS: Why do I not see carrots (at all) in Singapore Watercress soup?
